How to reach the editorial team.

There is a real editorial team behind this site and we read everything that comes in. Below is what to send where, and what happens after you send it.

Corrections and factual challenges

If we have published a measurement, a price, a material description or a claim about a texture that you believe is wrong, tell us. The fastest route is a comment on the page itself, because it keeps your point attached to the sentence it is about and other readers can see both.

Useful corrections tell us three things: the page, the specific sentence, and what you believe the correct information is. If you are correcting a measurement, tell us how you measured it. We do not need you to be polite about it and we do not need you to be certain — a reader saying “this does not match the one I own” is enough for us to go back and check.

What happens next is set out in our corrections policy. In short: we re-check against our own testing log, we change the page if we were wrong, and we say on the page that we changed it and when.

Products you would like us to test

Requests from readers are the main way we decide what to buy next. If a sleeve has no honest coverage anywhere, or the only coverage is obviously written from the box, that is exactly the gap we want to fill. Tell us the product and, if you can, what specifically you cannot find out about it.

We cannot promise a timeline. A review here needs a minimum of six sessions across three weeks before anyone writes a word, so the queue moves at the speed of actual testing rather than the speed of requests.

Brands, retailers and PR

We accept products for review, and when we have been sent one rather than buying it ourselves we say so in plain text on that review page. Being sent a product buys a test, not a verdict, and several sleeves we were sent have scored badly.

We do not accept payment for coverage, sponsored posts, guest posts, link insertions into published articles, edits to published reviews, or removal of criticism. We do not sell placement in comparison tables or “best of” lists. If your outreach email is about any of those, we will not reply; please save the follow-up.

What we will always respond to: a factual correction about your own product, a specification sheet, or a material change to a product we have already reviewed. That last one is genuinely useful to us, because a mould revision can make a published review wrong overnight and we would rather hear it from you than from an annoyed reader.

Readers who are stuck between two options

If you are trying to choose between two sleeves and cannot work it out from what we have published, tell us which two. Nine times out of ten it means our comparison section has a gap in it, and the answer is useful to considerably more people than just you. Those questions are also where most of our FAQ entries come from.

What we cannot help with

We are not medical professionals and we do not give medical, sexual-health or psychological advice. If you have a question about pain, irritation, injury or an allergic reaction to a material, please speak to a doctor or a sexual-health service rather than a review site. We are also not the retailer: we cannot look up your order, process a return, or resolve a shipping problem, because we have no access to any brand’s customer systems. Those enquiries need to go to whoever took your money.
